Odette combines classroom teaching, faculty interaction and hands-on learning through case studies, group projects, community engagement and extra-curricular opportunities. After a broad introduction to business in first and second year, you can specialize in your area of preference: Accounting; Finance; Human Resources; Supply Chain & Business Analytics; Marketing; and Strategy and Entrepreneurship.

By using your in-depth data analytical knowledge and problem-solving skills, you will make more strategic decisions in a fast paced and quickly changing environment. By combining the study of business and psychology at the Odette School of Business, you will be using social scientific research methods in a business setting to recruit, motivate and align your workforce to work at their optimum level. Students can also choose to specialize in Human Resource Management.
